Heavy Higgs bosons in 2HDM at a muon collider

We study the discovery potential of non-Standard Model (SM) heavy Higgs bosons in Two-Higgs-Doublet Models (2HDMs) at a multi-TeV muon collider and explore discrimination power among different types 2HDMs. find that pair production non-SM via universal gauge interactions is dominant mechanism once above kinematic threshold. Single boson associated with fermions could be important parameter region enhanced Yukawa couplings. For both signal final states, ${\ensuremath{\mu}}^{+}{\ensuremath{\mu}}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ annihilation channels dominate over vector fusion (VBF) processes, except high center mass energies where VBF processes receive large logarithmic enhancement increase energies. $s$-channel ${\ensuremath{\mu}}^{+}{\ensuremath{\mu}}^{\ensuremath{-}}$-annihilation radiative return can also for Type-L 2HDM very $\mathrm{tan}\ensuremath{\beta}$ region, extending reach to energy. Considering decay bosons, signals identified Standard backgrounds. With annihilation, 95% C.L. exclusion reaches up threshold $\sqrt{s}/2$ are possible when states combined. Including single modes extended further. Different 2HDMs distinguishable moderate values $\mathrm{tan}\ensuremath{\beta}$.
